I think it will take a couple of seasons. The AFC has alot of good QBs and it will take him some time to break into the top couple.

Probably not long; maybe next year, in fact. The Pro Bowl is mostly a popularity contest, and Young has the name. All he needs are somewhat decent stats, good highlights, and a lot of media hype.

If he can rally the team like he has this year, then I say he is a potential pro bowler next year. He plays like a veteran player with the spirit of a rookie. By far the best rookie this year.

He'll have to log Phillip Rivers and Peyton Manning numbers first. He'll also have to take his team beyond the first round of the playoffs. Good thing he has Norm Chow "assisting" him.
