I DID NOT CATAGORIZE THIS UNDER GOVERNMENT. I PUT IT IN COMPUTERS/ SOFTWARE. I DON'T KNOW WHY IT ENDED UP HERE.

Your harddrive is probably almost full. Uninstall some programs you never use anyway and delete unused information. Or upgrade and add another hdd.

I get that all the time on my old IBM but it always fixes itself so I don' worry about. Of course, on the Enterprise we have much better equipment. How did this question end up in 'Government'?

I have no idea. What I DO know is that it has absolutely nothing to do with govt.
