How do i stop bleeding from my nose too much?

im in boxing and i wanna know how i can stop my nose from bleeding so much , because when i get punched just a little bit i bleed a lot and when they keep hitting me it goes al over the place every time i bleed , i bleed way to much and i cant seem to stop it.

I don't know about boxing but my brother use to have nose bleeds all the time (for no apparent reason) and my mom would put a piece of brown paper bag under his upper lip and for some reason this always helped stop the bleeding

this is going to sound gross but it works ( i have thin membranes in my nose so it bleeds alot) take a paper grocery bag and tear a little piece off and put it between your gums and upper lip and it will stop ALMOST immediately

well,i dont know if its work.. but someone said if you put garlic and smell it,you make stop the bleed. i dont know,but it may work,u know!!
