What is most important to me is my family. If it weren't for them then my life wouldn't be worth living. That is what keeps me going. It should be the most important thing in everyones life.

there's a saying... "if you don't have your health, you don't have anything."

This is so true, because as long as you're healthy, you have the chance to make change, try again, do better, reach your dreams, work harder, make more money, connect with your kids/friends/family, study hard... everything and anything that requires you to exert physical energy. You can't do anything when you're in a box. So, I'd have to say your health is most important.

Myself. I know that sounds selfish, but let me explain:

If I'm not happy or healthy, everyone around me suffers.
If I'm not true to myself, I'm not happy or healthy, and everyone around me suffers.
If I'm not of sound mind, everyone around me suffers.

So, I have to value me to make sure the people I love don't suffer.
