I think most Europeans have no particular opinion on people from Puerto Rico, and a substantial number of Europeans probably never heard of the place, sorry. For all I know it must be a nice island.
If you are speaking of Puerto Rico people as opposed to "Caucasian" people, you are talking in terms of American political correctness (are you?), and these terms are not so widely used throughout Europe. Anyway, in any big city in Europe you will find people of all appearances and everyone is used to it. On the other hand, in a remote village you might receive strange looks if you do not look like everyone else.

I think that they are so friendly and nice,especially puerto rican girls,i heard that they are so hot and sexy!
