Why do you want one?

I'm not sure about universal keys, but Master locks have a number tapped into them that correspond with the number on the key for that lock. If you know the number you need, then you might find another lock of the same number and have yourself another key made. Otherwise you might try a locksmith and ask them this question.

I am not sure but there are things called "bump keys" which will allow you to break into just about any lock. They are available online, try looking it up.

Unless you are locksmith or a law professional, it is probably illegal for you to have one.
