not big retail stores like juicy couture or anything, i live in canada, so i have stores like all the reitmans,le chateau,urban behavior,stitches,ae, all those small ones.

NONE!!!! Retail is one the most stressful, low-paying jobs there is. The benefits suck, the job is strenuous, and to top it off the companies expect you to smile at the customers even if they are rude and obnoxious to you, and your just trying to help them. Its just not worth it!

Around here retail stores are tough careers. I have heard that Lowe's is a good employer.

this time of year...NONE of them are good places to work. It all depends on the management of the store...if you have caring experienced managers that truly believe in their people and hire good people it can be great...but then again...

Ritzy stores like Nordstrom, that pay commission.
