Put it into your cd drive and a little icon will come up and say what to do with the disc.. so then press media player or some other program that you use to play dvds..?

Download dvd playing software you usualy get it free with your Dvd Player otherwise try googleing it

first you have to download a decoder there are many free ones out there you just have to look the you must insert the dvd int your dvd drive then open up the decoder you downloaded and run the dvd

If the DVD is a prerecorded movie or game, you would need to remove the copy protection. Which of course could get you into a lot of legal trouble.
