OKAY... long story short! I have been seeing a girl for almost 3 months (sleeping with her) and a few nights ago we had intercourse... i was some what intoxicated and she took the condom to put in the bin (SO I THOUGHT) the next morning i found sizzors and a syringe underneath my toilet brush (what the ****!!) she had already gone home.. So i went through our bin in the kitchen... the condom had been cut.. an there was NO sperm!!! what the **** do i do?... I sms'd her "what the **** is with the **** in my bin and under the toilet brush?" she told me she wants to keep me... WHAT THE! (im moving overseas) today is 11/12/06 ... we had sex around 10.30pm 05/12/06 ....
She rambled on about how she wants my baby etc.. asked her if she is pregnant... but she says its to soon to know.. Ive been reading up on eggs and sperm etc... she said she ovulated on 7/12/06 ... so does that mean... she cant be pregnant? cos there was no egg?? The condoms i buy dont have spermicide (i emailed them)

That sounds psycho definitely desperate. women ovulate monthly and there is a certain date and from what you have there the incident that happened was a couple of days before she ovulated I think that there still could be a chance that the sperm stayed in there until the 12th but maybe they didn't you will have to wait and see.I think you may be jumping the gun just worry about it whenshe conforms that she is. I would actually make her pee in a cup right in front of you. If she wants to keep you around and she is pegnant she could lie and say she is pregnant. cause that is how crazy she sounds.

yup, she can get pregnant at any time of the month, but the chances or higher if she is ovulating. She can take a pregnancy test within a day or 2 to see if she is pregnant.
I hate to say this, but you would have a hard time proving she set you up so she could become pregnant. That was pretty low of her, why some girls do that is beyond me. If she does become pregnant, and it is proved it is yours, then yes, you would have legal obligations to provide funds for the baby..not her, but the baby.
hmm, I'm not sure i would believe her if she says she is pregnant right now anyways, it could be her pulling at straws to try and manipulate you into staying with her.
Do what you want..go, live your life..IF she is pregnant you can take a blood test to make sure the baby is yours as soon as it is born...but for nine months, you are a free man. Don't let her manipulate you any more...

This may seem silly of me, but here in Australia we write our dates differently to over there in america etc .. perhaps this has caused some confusion .. If he is saying they had sex on the 5th Dec and she ovulated on 7th Dec, there is a possability that she could be pregnant .. just that the date here is 11th .. it would be the 10th late or early 11th overseas .. but hey i could be wrong .. legally you would have very little rights until the baby is born, but if you have a good lawyer, you would have cause for a case against her if you can prove that she indeed did not have your consent and got pregnant from those actions. Otherwise .. thats a sick move she made and i hope you have a positive outcome

Nope, you have no rights with adoption or abortion. You have control over your boys when they're in your custody... after that... can't really do much about it. It's not right what this girl did... but there is always a chance that you can get the person you're having sex with pregnant. Condoms break. I'd buy ones with spermicide from now on... and be more choosy about your sexual partners.
** P.S. The dates you provide should make it obvious whether or not she's pregnant. If you had sex in May and it's November then she would be almost 5 months pregnant now. **

If so, then you're saying she ovulated 2 months AFTER you had sex. That means she's had 2 periods since then. If you're certain of these dates, it would be impossible for her to be pregnant by you since you had sex with her in May.

Thats a pretty crazy story....I dont think you can make her have an abortion or anything, you cant prove that she blackmailed you......Next time, take the propor precautions. i.e check the condom for holes and throw it away yourself ( you might want to rinse it out in the sink or something before you throw it) For now just hope that she is not pregnant, buy her a test in a week or so to make sure.If she is though, be responsible and take care of the baby because after all, it is part of you .

She could get pregnant at any time of the month! You will have to wait approx 4 weeks post sex for her to test.
She has all the rights you have no say of her having a abortion or adoption. It is all up to her, if she kept the baby you would be financially obligated for the next 18 years

Thats pretty bad...You should have recorded all the evidence..and atleast tried to stand up for all the men that get bamboozled into having a kids with some crazy bi7!!..I feel sorry for you..But there are ALOT of stupid women out there doing that and theres not one thing a man can do about it...I wish you would have recorded it all though..she like set you up..and **** like thats got to stop...then you got all these women out there complaining that the father is no-where in sight and doesn't help with the kid. A man should have a choice too...And they really don't. Sorry to hear that!

Ok your dates don't make sense. She would ovulate around 2 weeks after her last period. I am sorry that this happened to you. I wish I could be more helpful but your dates don't match up. This girl needs serious help.
Ok she would ovulate every month, so she would have ovulated in May and June. If you had sex 5/12/06 You would definatley know if she was pregnant by now. She would be like 7 months.

Am I the only person that understands the dates? 05/12/06 December 12th 07/12/06 is December 7th, and 11/12/06 is December 11th. WTF....
anyway, it would be extrememly hard for her to get pregnant in that manner. Also, keep record of any exchanges between the two of you, so that if she does get pregnant, you can talk to a lawyer. GOod luck.
