Since we, in the U.S.A. still live in a somewhat PURITANICAL SOCIETY, if you search the laws, and I mean LOCAL ORDINANCES as well as STATE STATUTES, you will undoubtedly find that ALL ACTS INVOLVING SEX BETWEEN UNMARRIED PERSONS IS ILLEGAL to some extent or another.
In The State of New Jersey, there is STILL a STATE LAW on the books making it ILLEGAL FOR TWO CONSENTING ADULTS, NOT BEING MARRIED TO EACH OTHER, TO ENGAGE IN SEX of any kind.
That law goes back to the year 1793, and was enforced as recently as the late 1970's in some courts in N.J., and the law still stands today.

Effectively, no.
Oral sex is classed as 'sodomy' and the Supreme Court ruled that Texas laws against sodomy were a violation of privacy rights guaranteed by the Constitution. As a result, even though there are many states with such laws still on the books, these laws were essentially nullified; they will probably be repealed by each state over time, but in any case, it would be foolish for a state district attorney to charge anyone under a law he knows has been nullified by Supreme Court precedent; it would be highly unusual for that to happen.

Yes, some states still have laws against sodomy, of which oral sex is a part of. By definition, sodomy is any type of sex that isn't straight missionary. However, like stated above, these ridiculous laws are not enforced.

It may still be on the books in some places. But the U.S. Supreme Court has ruled that "unnatural sex" and "sodomy" laws are unconstitutional.

I would bet there are such laws on the books, and I'd further bet that there are people in jail because of them. Hope you get an answer, because I'd like to know.

I don't know which ones, just don't get caught, unless you all like to live dangerously, if so be careful and go for it.
