They aren't, but flight is one of the most common super-powers for several reasons:
--it gets you from point A to point B in more style than say, driving a car would, especially if you have to go somewhere a car cannot, like up the side of a tall building....
--it helps the budding super-hero get a better view of the situation, bird's eye view and all that,
--it insures that the Bad Guys (tm) can't just all fly away and leave the Good Guys (tm) running after them breathless and looking for *taxis*,
--it makes you look less like a dork for wearing your shorts on *over the outside of your tights*, and finally,
--it is one of the *easiest* special effects for an artist to draw in terms of composition. Even in anime and manga, people have a habit of flying or at least taking huge leaps because getting airborne allows you to get good angles and full-body shots of characters in kick-butt poses *without* having to sweat so much about the pesky background details and perspective.

Because many human beings in history have wondered and have tried to fly. It was impossible for one person to fly without having to ride or go on something big.

Because the fastest way to get from one place to another - is a straight "as a Crow flies" line! Gotta fly, if you wanna save those beautiful damsel's in distress!

b/c we are effected by the gravity
we see the bird can fly freely on the sky, can go everywhere they want to
so flying is the dream
but we ourselves don't have the power to it
so whoever can do it is superman
writers use this thinking of human to build up the superman pictures

That's a downright lie.
Aquaman, Batman, the thing, the Hulk, etc... none of them can fly.
