I don't know where you live but human sacrifice isn't something you can go around doing in my neighborhood. If you mean why should we accept the Aztec culture as good and the Nazi culture as evil. Then that is ,in fact, a very hard question to answer.
You might relate it to the euro centric view of history the American education system has. That the slaughtering of Europeans Jews is focused on ten times more then Africans, Chinese and people conquered by the Aztecs. Mao Tse Tung was directly responsible for more deaths than any other man but that doesn't matter. For some reason he is still better than Hitler. And being a Nazi is considered terrible but yet no mention is made to any of the other political parties that were responsible for genocide throughout history. So basically to answer your question, The reason Human sacrifice and cultures who exercised the practice aren't condemned is American politics. From the American view, we never went to war with them so they can't be that bad right? Hitler was our biggest enemy so let's condemn his actions as the worst atrocities in history and ignore the others.

It's all a matter of prospective. Different people have different views, and different things may be socially acceptable in different cultures.
Hindu people would be appalled to eat a cow, as cow's are sacred in their religion. Just as they view eating cows as disgusting, we would never think of eating a dog. People in Vietnam eat dogs every day like we eat cows.
Are they wrong because they're different from us?
I don't think so, but again, it's all about different views.

the Gods like Thlaloc ,and Moloch ,and many others required the highest price from a person ,in return for the highest godly favor.
the highest price for any man is his children and the most important of those is the first born son,
Aleistor Crowley a reknown Satanist sacrificed both his sons to Moloch,
And Jehova sacrificed his son Jesus ,and had him tortured.
the Question is to which God did God make this sacrifice, and this was usually a Pagan custom.

I think yahoo! may have suggested that you ask this question here, but this is not the right area to ask. I'm sure there will be people that will give you their point of view anyway, but there is a section better fitted for this question.
