Great Question and thank you for participating. The file you're seeing belongs to a program that involves Yoga Festivals. It's possible that you've downloaded a program of that nature and have since removed that program for one reason or another. Some of the files that makes up that program are spread out in different areas of the computer and needs to be found and removed as well. If this is the case and you'd like to rid yourself of the problem with the message, click on Start, then on Run. In the type line put in msconfig and hit "enter". You'll then be able to click on the "startup" tab at the top of the page where you should have no problem locating the "aekyyo.exe" file that's causing the problem during startup. Simply remove that item from the "startup" list and your problem will hopefully be gone the next time you start the computer. Remember, you can make the changes but the changes really dont take effect until after you have restarted the computer so that the new changes can take effect. Let me know if I can help further. Probably its a virus! There is nothing system file like this, so I guess its a virus. Somehow this virus were loaded and after than deleted by any antivirus, So on every start up this file is searched for as there is still registry entry exist. Try to remove the registry entry for this particular file..

Okay, this is a fragment of some program for a camera, printer or some accessories that windows opened for you. Go to the Windows Updates, check the programs you have on temporary folders and see if you can re-install something that's missing. If nothing else-do a system restore(when you roll it back, pay attention to what was working, that isn't there now).

Did you run a virus program, did it find a virus, did you delete this virus?
I had a win32 virus and accidentally hit delete instead of repair. My laptop is now toast as the combo drive stopped working about 4 months ago and I have no way of reinstalling the needed file.
This may be your case.

The error message is due to an obsolete entry in windows registry.
please download, install and run a free ccleaner software to remove it.
Run the following tools in it.
Cleaner > Analyze > Run Cleaner
Issues > Scan for issues > Fix Seleted Issues.

It appears that some program or service on your machine is set as Start Up. When you boot the machine, that executable file is suppose to run. Now when you boot the machine, the Windows is unable to locate that file at the deafult path. I assume that it might got deleted or corrupted.

I suggest you to go to Start Up tab of MS Configuration Utility and uncheck anything that says aekyyo. To go to MS Configuration Utility, click on Start -> Run -> msconfig.

it doesn't sound like a virus. your computer is telling you it is missing aekyyo.ex from the system 32 folder. you can go to the microsoft website and search aekyyo.ex in the search field. it will let you know if you can download that from there. when it asks where to save it to, chose my computer then drive c then windows then open the system32 folder and save it to there. let me see if i have that file myself. i dont have anything named aekyyo in my system 32 file. you must not need it!

Hmm, may be its a virus, may be Not..
If NOT, maybe before you've installed some program and you want that program to run/load at startup. But when you deleted that program, startup cannot find it.That's why you get that message i think.
..All you have to do is to remove aekkyo.exe from your startup List.
