i eat from 1 to 4 times, depends how busy i am.

same as you....1-4...depends on how busy I am....but i have noticed lately that if I only eat once one day, I am starving the next day...how about you????

Really depends. I'm more likely to eat one or two big meals per day than a bunch of little ones.
