to understand the down side to using a penis pump you must first know how it works and this is how. the vacuum caused by the pump separates the tissue mass from the muscle causing growth. well if u do this excessively your penis will grow like a over boiled sausage.
how is that for big

damage the blood vessels cause bruising..
permanently enlarged penis...too big for girlfriend/s...can't fit in girlfriend/wife anymore without lubrication...
