well i have a Christmas party with my company, is gonna be very nice so i have a nice long ruffles black skirt and a nice blue sequins top, but i dont know if to wear boots or sandals or regulars shoes,

Shoes of a color matching the sequins would be the obvious answer. If you're wearing accessories, the shoes could match those. It is important to consider the length of the dress, though. If you're wearing anything LONGER than below-the-knee, then black shoes would be best.
Boots look slutty on all but the most shapely women. Sandals are not appropriate for the Holidays unless the party is on a beach.

Wear a pair of black strappy heels. Boots, sandals, and "regular shoes" are too casual for a nice party.

Why dont you try a peep toe, if its a nice party, in christmas, it should be very elegant, your skirt is long so wear them black so that the line of your legs doesnt cut to the eye... Have fun!!!

Get some black pumps...they will look great with your outfit and you can wear them later with other outfits....its always good to have a pair of shoes that will go good with everything...and black pumps are the shoes

whichever you have.
goes great with the outfit you're wearing,
if its anyother color that doesn't match your outfit thats a nono.

I'm thinking you might object, but..
For a pop in your outfit, you could try wearing flat pointy toe shoes in the color of your top.
I personally think it'd be fabulous
