I still send out about 30 cards. I used to send out double that, but started making a list of people I receive cards from. If I go two years without receiving one, they are off my list.

I send out cards every year. I try to get them out shortly after Thanksgiving or into the first week of December. I always look forward to receiving Christmas cards!

I still send out cards and give to family, friends & co-workers. I hope they enjoy getting a card as much as love giving one!

I love Christmas cards and I think sending mine out on the first of December pressures those on my list to send them, too.

I agree w/Classy Granny. My list used to be pretty long, but I see no point in sending cards to people who don't respond unless they are close friends or family, and in that case we'd keep in touch anyhow. But it seems pointless and a waste to continue to send cards to people who don't seem interested in keeping in touch.

I also send e-cards to those who use the internet (may in fact not send them traditional ones).

I think cards and letters are becoming a lost art because of the advent of email and text messaging. People have become used to instant gratification. Or maybe it's just laziness.

I nonetheless deliver Christmas playing cards to kinfolk and acquaintances. there is continually some thing particular to assert to each and each and every respective recipient, so each and each and every card is really own (i don't like the "shotgun" frame of mind to sending an identical card to twenty-5 different recipients; each and each and every card is selected in my view). it truly is an quite a lot less severe priced thanks to spread cheer and yet retains you linked with your friends and kinfolk.
