"Are you there, God? It's me, Margaret" by Judy Blume...an oldie but a goodie
Perhaps even a subscription to a magazine, like Entertainment Weekly, YM or Seventeen....she'll get a new one each month, so she'll have something new to read all the time.

well My Daughter is 14 and I have gotton her Chicken soup for the teenage soul and there is a bunch more chicken soup teenage books about all kids of life experience that other teens have gone thru.There really good Books I have read all the Adult ones.Once I get started it is hard for me to put it down!!

well there are alot of great books. the ones that everybody before me metioned are great books. if you want them to use there imingation try sci fi fantasy books. everybody that is a major christian disses them but actually the harry potter books are just as christian as the rest. just got some fantasy with it. others you might want to look at is eragon. the book was good and the movie looks great. but sci fi is usually the best if you want them to use there mind to think because it does open it up.

I know a book that is really good, its a Christian book, its called " beauty tips for the soul" ..i enjoyed it, im sure you will to if your able to get your hands on it.
