Here you go:
1. allopatric speciation - (geographic isolation) Two subpopulations of a species get geographically isolated, diverge in evolution, and then cannot interbreed if the isolation goes away.
2. peripatric speciation - (mostly geographic) A subpopulation enters a new niche that is geographicallly distinct enough that interbreeding with the original species is limited.
3. parapatric speciation - (somewhat geographic) Two subpopulations have different zones that overlap ... but reduced fitness in the hybrids born in the overlap, reduces interbreeding between the two zones.
4. sympatric speciation - (non geographic) The species lives in the same habitat, but some mutation such as polyploidy causes an isolation of some individuals, for example, insects becoming dependent on a different host plant.
5. reinforcement - Together with any of the above, something that reduces interbreeding between subpopulations, such as less fit hybrids. This is required for both parapatric and sympatric speciation.

Speciation occurs when there is some type of barrier that prevents members of the same population from successfully interbreeding. This barrier can be either a physical barrier such as a new mountain, river or ocean form separating the population into sub-populations - this would be allopatric speciation, Or the barrier can be genetic, such as a mutation that no longer allows members of the population to breed with the non-mutated members - this would be sympatric speciation. After the separation has occurred (either allopatric or sympatric) the sub-populations continue to develop different mutations and adapt to different environments and eventually, even if the initial barrier was removed, they can not mate with their parent population - they have become a new species. hope this helps!

I would have to say that there are more than just one thing, housing starts being one, employment rates being the other ,if both of those are up at the same time, I would say that the economy is on the way up.........here's hoping........LATER
