does anyone know where i can find clothing fit for a gypsy? skirts, jackets, jewerly... the works basically. i know there is the whole bohemian look, but i want it more costume like... think more gypsy!

Why not try some of the costume shops?
I know a lot are seasonal, and only around during Halloween, but we have about a dozen at http://www.buddyandoscars.com/clothing_shirts_blouses_pants.htm that sell costumes year round.
You have to scroll down a little, since the 'Costumes' category is below 'Casual, Sports, & Fitness' category now that Halloween is over. Good Luck.
