Neither Usher is to worried about his moves to sing. He is not foolin' anybody. He is really smarmy. Timberlake sings like a strangled cat.

1) That's a close tie, but I'd say Justin.
2.) Justin, because it seems to me that Usher sounds like he's running out of breath every song he dances in. I haven't heard that so much with Justin, but I can tell he's not lip-synching because the track sounds different when it's live and you can usually tell.
3.) Justin, because he's on top of the world right now. When's the last time you've heard anything from Usher? Sure, he's rumored to be putting a new CD out sometime in the near future, but Confessions was like 2 or 3 years ago, and that CD wasn't even that great.

1) Usher Bc Justin MOST THE time these days slides around with a fake voice looking dumb.
2) Usher, Justin is just so fake n e more USHER is still keepin' it real. Plus His music is HOTT!
3) USHER, hes more artistic he dances way better and he has club songs justin is GOT CRAPPY SONGS WITH A FAKE VOICE.
