I had kidney stones and even had some stuck in my urthera. I had complications and treated a very severe infection. After a long and tiring ride on that train, I've been feeling normal for almost 2 weeks now. This evening I started noticing my back hurts as if I have more stones coming, but this time my bladder itself is in so much pain, as if someone is sitting on my bladder. It almost feels like a cramp. Does this sound like more complications due to the stones? The back pain is becoming unmanagable now that it's accompanied by severe bladder pain. Does this sound like a complication of kidney stones?

Yes it sounds like you need to get checked right away, it's either your kidnet stones or maybe something more serious, but I would suggest a visit with your Dr or the Hospital soon.

I couldn't just sit around and do nothing like my doctors suggested.
They didn't want me to do anything or to take herbs or herbal remedies, but I had to try something - they just wanted me to do dialysis!
This program allowed me to take control of my health. I went from Stage 4 to Stage 3 kidney disease.
It was easy to do and my BUN, creatinine and anemia are all in better ranges.

Could be. Drink lots and lots of water and see a doctor right away.
