Did you check for a mint mark? It is located on the eagle side below the wreath at the bottom of the coin. You also did not mention grade. Grade and rarity determine value. A very good coin- well worn design clear but flat and lacking details..fine grade-moderate to heavy wear, entire design clear and bold. A very fine coin light to moderate wear all major features are sharp. There are other circulated grades and of course mint state grades where there is no wear. 1904 no mint mark very good $17.00,Fine $18.00, very fine $19.50 low mint state $60.00. 1904-O New Orleans mint same as above but in low mint state $28.00. the 1904-S San Francisco mint, $25.00 in very good $35.00 in fine, $65.00 in very fine and in low mint state $860.00. This is the best I can do with the info you gave me, otherwise I would be writing a book here. All prices are dealer bids.
