I found the comics similar to Peanuts and wondered if Charles Schultz was responsible?

Bill Melendez who did some Looney Tunes stuff was involved in the Frosty Returns cartoon.
But it was Jonathan Winters who narrated it, Jimmy Durante narrated the original Frosty.

jimmy durante was long dead by that point... and no, charles shultz had nothing to do with it... but it was made by the people who did the 'peanuts' toons at least in part...
dont know who did it though, sorry...
