I realize this question is painfully clichéd by now, but I'm looking for as many answers as possible to help me decide which one to choose (assuming I gather the necessary funds before the next batch of next-gen consoles arrives). Experienced gamers only, please. Give me details that explain WHY your system of choice is the best. GO!

I'd have to say the PS3, now that I've done some research on the three. I think the PS3 has the most value if you are going to use it correctly. First, you need the 1080p TV, which is superior to the other three because I'm pretty sure the PS3 is the only one that plays in 1080p. Second the blue-ray player. If you went out and just bought a blue-ray player it would be close to $1,000, and there is one in the PS3. If you are going to be able to use the PS3 for all the features above, then its the best deal. However, if you don't want the blue-ray or don't have a 1080p...go with the 360.
Now about the wii. I personally don't think i would want one. I'm 20 years old and when i play video games i like to just sit on my lazy boy and relax. If its midnight, i don't want to be jumping around swinging some sh!t like a sword. However if i was younger I'd go for the wii, or if i had enough money for a second system, I'd buy the wii. It seems like a system that would be fun to play with 2-3 friends.
Overall it depends on what you have, and what you are going to use.

I have diverse moods, for that reason I have diverse Consoles. I personal a Wii and a psthree. My PS3 of route elements a more advantageous mature element of gaming which include NHL 09 or Grand robbery vehicle IV, and for days i experience finished of power and favor to burn it off, or only favor an casual recreation then the Wii fulfills that. X-container 360 doesn't do it for me for some reason, Ive performed it many situations and do exactly not appreciate it virtually as a lot as Wii and PS3

im a sony guy...but the 360 pwns em all...honestly...anywho the 360 has the best games...best quality...and everything else...online isnt free but unless you pay a free online game (like ps2) then i think youd wanna play ect...360 rules...but the wii remotes are stupid...lets say its cold and your tired and wanna play a game...how can you get under your covers and lay in bed...it wouldnt be a pretty site...the other 2 pwn the wii
(edit) i know its new and kinks arent worked out but the ps3 is bad with its probs...next off the blue ray your getting dumped with...they did that to make $$$ in my opinion...and no i think 360 can go 1080p or w/e im 90% sure

nintendo wii: cheap affordable price, motion sensitive remote controller (great for madden 07, zelda, or far cry vengeance), small and compact, better graphics than ps2
