I would have to say an attempted kidnapping that happened to me when I was outside of a sports authority when I was 13. I was outside with my friend on a payphone ordering a pizza around 8:00 pm we just hung up the phone when this white van pulled up and a guy jumped out and wrapped his hand around my neck and was pulling me into the van. My friend freaked out and ran further away from the store to a dark area of the parking lot. He told me how much he was going to enjoy me and that's when I bugged out and kicked with all my might got free and ran into the store. We called 911 but they never found the van. I don't know what would have happened if I didn't get free...

A car accident, early one morning on the freshly fallen snow, my car hydroplaned, spun around, flipped 3 times facing towards the way I just came, the roof on the passenger side was smashed way down to the top of the door, but, my side wasnt touched! The guy in the snow plow "behind" me, didnt expect to find me alive, after what he just witnessed. My injuries were cuts and scrapes & 2 herniated disc's in my back, and here I am almost 2 yrs later, doing fine!

Hurricane Rita evacuation traffic. We were stuck on Beltway 8 and I-10 for over 24 hours. We had to sleep in the car. We had to leave a car behind. It was hot. There was no place other than bushes or portapotties to go to the bathroom. We didn't have much to eat or drink either. It was hell.

Two good car accidents and five typhoons.
I was stationed in Okinawa Japan for 3 years in the military. That's where the typhoons were.

France beating Brazil in the 2006 Quarter Finals. I was so sure Brazil was going to win. I'll never get over the humiliation of getting beaten by France two times in a World Cup match. I am a huge, 100% fan of Brazilian soccer, and I can honestly say that was the saddest day of my life.
