Not very. I have to do things in large chunks. But sometimes if there are too many large chunks, it can be overwhelming, so I end up doing nothing. The true way to multitask is to do things in small bits. But dividing things in small bits requires a little bit of overhead.

I'm a highschooler, we have to do homework, work, do chores, talk on the phone, sleep, play sports, eat, and hang out with friends all at once! so yep, I multitask well!

That is the only way I function. I feel lost if I'm not doing several things at one time. Earlier I was have two different conversations with the same person on my 360 page and email, I was having IM converstations with two people and working on a paper for school all at the same time.

all I do is multitask! Even when I'm trying to do ONE thing, I just can't keep it at one. Gotta be adding something else in there. . .

I couldn't function if I couldn't multi-task. Both at home and at work.
I'm afraid I'm not much for attention to detail though. I suppose that's the price you pay. Fortunately I have a great assistant who is a stickler for the details... so I luck out at the office. At home... well, so I forget to put a spoon for the yogurt in the kids lunches... is that a felony?

Sometimes I add to my tasks just to multi task. I thrive on multi tasking and completing things.
