Prayer, first and foremost. The timely words and/or advice from a great friend often ease my trouble(s) as well.

I agree with human touch..even if its just an understanding rub or pat on the shoulder or back..and i find that someone who is willing to lend an ear so you can unload some of those troubles..is therapeutic too
