The popups that you are getting is the actual trojan itself, posing as something that it's not. This is done in an attempt to get you to buy their products. There are some that will send you false reports, claiming that it has found particular viruses on your computer and that by purchasing their program, you'll be able to do a scan and then remove those items that the message said you had. Unfortunately, you may not have had any viruses to begin with. Upon running a scan with the newly purchased program, it will give you a report that varifies that the viruses that were found have now been removed and all is well. The whole thing is a farse so dont get caught up in it. There are hundreds of programs that will rid you of any trojans, viruses, varients, keyloggers, adware, spyware, email worms and registry issues and a lot of them are free to the public. If I can help further, let me know. Larry Radio Shack 01-9590
