What is it that you could REALLY use, but perhaps didn't purchase for yourself, or something that you really want, but is just a wee bit out of your (financial) league?

I would love to hear a noise outside and open the door to find my Children have come to spend Christmas with me afterall. They live in another state that is about 12hrs from me,and they can't be here nor I there this year due to financial reasons. That is what I would love to have. Merry Christmas to you

New organs so I'm not sick anymore. If I didn't have any of that to worry about, I'd say something really fun... like an envelope with a travel package inside (2 roundtrip tickets to Europe for me and my husband, for a 2 week vacation, including hotel, tours, and definitely entrance to the British Museum). What a dream!
I could almost cry...

- Diamond earings, tennis bracelet or necklace
- The other Coach purse and portfolio I wanted last year
- gift certificates to my favorite day spa or a weekend trip to a destination spa
