I was just talking with my older sister the other day about inner age. She feels like she's 5 years younger than she is and I feel 5 years older. So, I was curious as to how many people feel old like me and how many feel young like my sister. Do you feel younger or older than you really are?

It varies for me.
Mostly I feel like I did when I was twenty five, other days I feel every minute of my 36 years. Depends who I'm around I think.
When I'm with friends my age, I feel young, when I'm around my niece and nephew (mid twenties) I feel old...and they wonder why I don't call more often... hmm.

Sometimes I feel 3 years younger than my age, and sometimes I feel 3 years older.

I feel about 10 years older than I actually am, but that is cuz of my life experiences!

I'm 29 but I definitely feel 20. I look young. I have youthful energy. And I also have that lack of confidence thanks to not knowing what I'm good at/what I want to be.
