May be due to that reason. An internet connection can become slow or stop working due to a number of reasons depending on the type of the connection. Many of the problems can be solved by making software changes or small hardware corrections. Detailed instructions at http://tinyurl.com/yl62gz

No. I had that problem. They helped me without them coming to my house. Nothing to be afraid of cause they always could do that they now when your using the internet and when your not its from your phone line. Nothing to worry about. Unless you have a virus. Dude you better make sure your router has a password. If you don't anyone in the streets next to your house can use it and they can steal you cridet card number if you use it online. Some people do that there called "HACKERS". Also get good security, firewall, spyware protection,Antivirus. I recommend useing Norton or AVG. There very good. Call someone pro if this continues. Beaware because small problems like these might get big. Good Luck.

You should defragment your computer. This program is found in the accessories> systen tools>disk defragementer. Then set it to run the c drive. It will not damage anything it will free space that have stored useless information. And maybe you need to upgrade to Explorer 7.0 now.
