What episode did he die? and where did he get his gourd?

Gaara died but got revived in the manga but Gaara didn't die yet in the anime. Gaara got the gourd from making it out of sand

Um, Gaara doesn't die in the anime, and the anime is no where near as far along as the manga...or the manga for that matter. (Also, Neji is very much alive, thanks.)
His gourd is something Gaara made out of sand (remember, he controls sand like a shield) and is where he stores more sand to use in battle.

I heard Gaara is killed in naruto part 2, when Asatsuki group captured him and extracted his demon from his body. Asatsuki group has been doing this for a long time, they capture all the hosts and demons and extracted them that's why Itachi and Kisame are looking for naruto. I also heard that Chiyo an old high ranked person in Gaara's village exchange her life to Gaara. So Gaara didnt die at the end..cos Chiyo has give her life to him.

May be gaara died because i rad in a site that garaa got killed by a member of the itachi group

Not sure when he dies (It depreses me too much to even try looking it up) It's sometime after the time-skip when he's Kazekage.
As for the gourd, I guess you could call it "home made".
It's made out of sand and the blood of his victims.
He carries it around so he always has a constant supply of sand and the sand too is mixed with the blood of his victims so it's easier for him to control than new sand.
