difference between Seven For All Mankind Jeans sold at Neiman Marcus and Seven 7 jeans sold at Macy's?

Is Seven for All Mankind the same Brand as Seven 7? I was shopping online at Neiman Marcus and saw them and then on Macy's but it doesn't say 7 for all mankind on Macy's site just Seven(7) . I am wondering if they are the same, Macy'a carries other brands that Neiman Marcus carries, ie: True Religion, and Lucky Brand. Someone please help. I need to buy some for XMas present. Thanks

its like the difference between levis sold at the mall and the levi strauss sold at walmart. same company but the seven for all mankind is the higher end (and more expensive) part of the company. i havent had a LOT of experience with both of them but the style on the seven for all mankinds seems more forward and they fit better than the seven 7s

No.The ones from Kohls Seven7 are a totally different brand.You can also tell by looking at the jeans of the websites you gave and notice that the stitching on the pockets are different as well. The Sevens from Kohls use an S as their signature on the back pocket while Seven For All Mankind uses 7s,A,a squiggle etc.)

They are definitely different - I always thought Seven7 were sort of copying 7 for all Mankinds. I'm surprised Macy's carries Seven7 jeans, as I've seen them carry 7 for all Mankinds also.

7 for all Mankind is a high-end 'it' designer denim brand that is extremely popular. Seven7 I've seen at Mervyn's for a fraction of the price, but as I said before, I think they copied 7 for all Mankind after it become so popular.

The price. But often times, the more expensive is the better fitting. Try Nordstrom's too. They sometimes have some good deals, and even better deals at Nordstrom Rack. You can find some of the really expensive ones for really cheap. :)
