Need a way to implant an articial chromosome or a way to take a pill and keep brain cells for being destroyed. also need tips for cheap props

cells-tissues(group of cells)-organ(group of tissues)-system(group of organs)...
brain cells do not regenerate as those other cells..some tissues are damaged during blunt trauma to the head thus causing death of brain cells.

when you are riding in a car and it stops, you continue to move due to inertia, at slow speeds you stop when inerita runs out (pretty quickly) at fast speeds, the seatbelt stops you or your hand on the dash or you keep going out the window and the pavement stops you, etc. Same thing with your head. When you hit your head, your brain keeps moving. Hit it hard enough and it smashes against your skull-killing brains cells and causing bleeding, which increases the pressure and kills some more!

The only way id say of hitting your head and losing brain cells is a blood clot, edema or some other neurological injury.

when u hit ur head on the wal ur head hits really hard and that kills ur bain cells
