The reason I ask is, Iraq is in civil war, Iraq is overran by zelous suicide bomers, Democracy cannot function with choas and religous fanatics. Anti-Clerical Millitary rulership that is secular would be probadle outcome to the Iraq war. The reality democray works better when people are not straving and killing eachother.
