I've seen two specific **** hole sports bars that made an amazing $750K and $1M in revenue per year.
I was shocked at how much they made. That's a lot of beer. They sold deli sandwiches, had a bunch of coin operated pool tables, some video games, a bunch of TVs and they had a band that played periodically. I'd guess there were 20 pool tables. If they sold just beer, that would be $19,000 in revenue per week or 9600+ beers per week. If each person drank five beers, that's 1900+ people per week.
You'd have to have a liquor and beer license. A beer and liquor distributor to buy from. A building with a bar. TVs, maybe a jukebox... in some towns, if you sell liquor, a certain % of your total revenue has to come from food so you'd need a kitchen, you'd need a cook, you'd need a bartender.... not sure how specific you wanted.

Running a Sports Bar has everything to do with the Bar and Hospitality industry and little to do with sports.
If you don't have at least five years experience managing in the food and drink industry, a winning business plan and real deep pockets, you need to keep doing your homework.
Food and Drink businesses are the most likely new businesses to fail. So many people think it's easy and many a personal fortune has been lost on what "should have worked".
Be very careful and find a good business advisor and then listen to their advice.

it helps if you have hands on experience in the different facets of the food and beverage industry and knowledge of management, also hands on.
you need to grapple with city hall for permits and liquor licence and you should have a bank roll for all the fabulous equipment you want to work with in your entire establishment. your clientele will be sure to want to be pampered no end.
