2 years ago, I was searching a swimming pool in Spokane (WA) and all were amazingly private (for clubs).
My questions: are the swimming pools public (...IN GENERAL...) in smaller cities (ex: Brawley, El Centro, Ramona ...) in South-California?

yes there is. In my location- La Jolla- we have a public pool at the high school. Of course the open -pool hrs fluctuate around student activities.

there are many public and private swimming pools in south cali ther is a real nice private one in palos vedes, ca. theres a real nice public pool (huge) in long beach cali on the side of the beach that u can walk to and hecka restraunts.
