well Chennai is not a very hot place. It has almost 2 rainy seasons due to S-W & N-E monsoon winds.
By the use of latest science you can bring about rain (during very hot season) by spraying some chemicals with an aeroplane on passing clouds to bring about rain so as to cool down the temperature a bit.

Enki bud, this is bloody warm warm warm here in Phoenix. i know each physique says, yeah, even though if it fairly is a dry warmth. even though if, a hundred and fifteen is a hundred and fifteen!!! you could not even breathe in this warmth. actually, after numerous minutes an egg will certainly fry interior the parking zone here at artwork. It would take a lot of money and enviorment mishandling to change the weather of that place. It is just gift of god that the place is like that.The weather of whole world is interlinked.
