Any help is welcomed! the key popped off and i have no idea how or if i can get it back on...

just press it on to the space in the correct position and it should just snap back on

Which key?
the Caps Lock, Shift, Return CTRL, ALT, and Space bars all have a small rod that provides the recoil for the corresponding button.
Other keys simply just snap down and lock in place

you have to pop it back into place. i did the same thing awhile back

u can push it , it's better change the keyboard
