He doesn't have a passport or a green card. That's why he and his old lady got kicked out of the projects. That and the magic dust.

Good question. Apparently no country has sovreignty over the North Pole as it actually doesn't exist. Apparently Canada have claimed sovreignty of the portion directly above them. I guess they would be more than glad to give Santa citizenship so it's more than likely that he travels with a Canadian Passport.

NONE WHAT SO EVER!!!! NORAD gives him a free pass out across the North Pole ,Canada and the USA airspace. Russia stops its radar scanning anti missile defense to allow the take off of the un identified object flying from the NorthPole. China has North Korea shut down all missile defenses against anything flying out of the North Pole vicinity .All other countries south of the equator follow protocol with a free ride through their airspace too.(NORAD tracks the take off of the flying object across the northern hemisphere and alerts all stations ,both military and commercial of the coming of a sleigh powered by horned mammals

Hmm, that IS an interesting question, what with the new TSA regulations on traveling and whatnot....
however, I should think that there's only one guy who travels by reindeer driven sleigh, through the air, on the 24th of December, so I'm sure he gets special dispensation . Now if there was a guy doing it on say, May 12, I'd be concerned, and call my local military facility.

One-- a passport is for showing where you are from. It might say North Pole.
But he might have to carry several volumes to hold all those visa stamps whenever he enters the next country. Maybe it's like 8" x 10".

Absolutely none. He works by magic or by miracle power--and with the help of millions of little elves who are citizens of the countries he visits!
Such magic or miracle power is far more potent than a passport.
