Okay, if you don't have any fabric softener or dryer sheets, is there anything else that you could use to prevent static cling?

Vinegar! Believe it or not it works. Add about a cup to the washer rinse cycle. It won't smell like vinegar either. Clothes come out soft and no static cling. Good luck!!

Put a baseball or something in the dryer to beat the clothes a little as the drum spins around. It will soften your clothes. I'm not so sure about static, but I do know that wetting your hands and smoothing them over your clothing helps!

Take a wash cloth and soak it with fabreze or mix water and some perfume and soak the wash cloth in it, and ring it out , and toss it in the dryer with your wash. You can use almost any scent from cleaning solutions or dawn or lemon as long as you ring out the wash cloth, you don't want to have it soaking wet.
