Enlightened despots...info and elaboration, help please.?

Question

I'm having difficulty finding certain information about enlightened despots for an essay I have to write. I know the reasons on "how and why" they got the title enlightened despots(that's the question...how and why they got the title). I can't find elaboration SPECIFICS on why they did what they did(education, human rights, and agriculture)...and I need help badly. The enlightened despots in my essay are Catherine the Great(Russia), Frederick II(Prussia), Maria Theresa, and her son Joseph II.(Austria) Any help is greatly appreciated.
