why my eyes cries so much?

every time i go out and is windy my eyes cries a lot why?

This happens to me too. It's because your eyes are trying to protect themselves by tearing up so that they don't dry out from the wind, and be damaged from dust. It acts as a protective moist layer.

Wear glasses outside in the wind.

It is because the wind is drying your eyes and your eyes are trying to compensate for this drying.
