Being young, without the responsibilities and committments that adults have, their world is a happier place. Also their world is made up of people with the same outlook (as mentioned) and of people (adults) who are concern and cares for them. This will change when they reached the adult stage! It's possible to live their world - always be a child at heart :-) Amid the responsibilities and committments, take a brighter look at life. Look at things with a pinch of salt. Life can be beautiful. Free your heart from hatred. Free your mind from worries. Live simply. Give more. Expect less.

I think it's true. Children just like to have fun. Anything can amuse them. As people grow up they are given greater responsibilities and are given more stress. Once you are older you realize that everyday is going to bring more work and your never going to be good enough. Children are unaware of the real world and don't care. Everything is simple to children there is right and wrong, good and bad. Although sadly, the age at which children lose their happy outlook on life is decreasing.

Children are usually happier about life than adults because they haven't been subjected to the ugly side of the world. Sadly some children are all to familiar with the ugly side and have never had that happy outlook on life you are referring to. I definitely think that it's nature more often than nurture.

Children haven't had time to see the good bad and ugly yet-thankfully for them.
Some grow up in a tough environment and learn to cope with humour and an optimistic attitude.
This helps them to keep looking on the bright side even when they reach adulthood. Life is short-pass along a little hope and love. Add some sweetness to the soup of life........

In my opinion, that is not always true, there are very sad children
in this world of ours, they have lost all hope for a better future, so their outlook on life is not a happy one, but a fearsome one, caused by hunger, violence directed against them, at times by their own parents, preventable illness and accidents, all the while the drug addicted and alcoholic parents have a very happy outlook, living their selfish lives.

Yes i guess it's like that.AS one's grow older we tend o adopt ways of life that we see around us,eg parents behaviour, social encadrements.
Toddlers dont dicriminate between black, yellow or whatever color skins as long as they have been amongst them since birth. So we arent born racists nor machos nor criminals,we grow into them.

Children don't have the preconceived idea's that we as adults have.We say it will never work, children say I got an idea and I know it will work.Preconceived idea's produce negative attitudes.

i totally agree, children are not preoccupied with opinion about things. Our 'i know it all attitude' is the problem, we don't try to reach out for things for we already know the outcome.
But children try and achieve their wishes what ever they maybe.
