Anybody ever had this happened? It first started when I went over some speed bumps. I do have my bike lowered. Could this be the problem?

ECM problem. Pretty common. Take it to the dealership to have them troubleshoot it.

The only way to diagnose your problem is to read the Fi code.
If you don't read the codes, it's like throwing darts at a dart board with a blind fold on.
Take it to a shop or buy a shop manual.
