Is there any other way to block email from some one in a foreign country (in China for example)? I know to list their email address and domain in the block list, but if they change the domain, what should i do to block them?

You cant block every possible domain in the event that they change to it. Anyone can get a free email account from any country regardless of where they live.

Other solution: change YOUR email address

One they have your email address it can be difficult to get them to stop emailing you. Try contacting your email service provider or adjusting your junk email options. If you are using an email client such as Outlook you can set rules based on the content of the message and move the messages into a Junk Email folder or delete them.

http://www.spambully.com/ ($29.95) and http://us.mcafee.com/root/product.asp?productid=msk ($39.95) will block by country.

my reaction. The problem is bigger than country origin, though that is part of it. my suggestion:
http://sourceforge.net/projects/spambayes/ if you have full outlook.

http://keir.net/k9.html, http://sourceforge.net/projects/popfile/, http://sourceforge.net/projects/popfile/, http://www.gbs-design.com/inboxprotector/ ($19.95) if you have outlook express.
