How does Claudius Propose to address the situation arising with Norway?

If i remember correctly I think he just kinda just ignores it like nothin really is going on...i may be wrong though i havent read this in like a year

It's in the speech that opens the scene.

Claudius knows that Fortinbras is on the move, and he's obviously concerned about it. He dispatches Cornelius and Voltemand to Fortinbras' uncle, Norway (who is old and bedridden), in an attempt to have Norway control Fortinbras' actions.

Remember that Hamlet's father killed Fortinbras' father in a duel, and thereby became the owner of his lands and properties. Young Fortinbras, learning of the death of Hamlet's father, is seeking the return of that which his father lost.
