The noose and the rapist
The fields overseer
The agents of orange" mean?

the noose and the rapist maybe they were the ones commiting a crime and the outcome?
the fields overseer could mean there watching something
and angents of orange could be they come from a place called orange or they could mean something else. such as the warfare agent orange?
