Yes, I agree with a previous answer that you are a little confused. How can "mature TLC" be "just lust"?
If you feel that tender love is absent from your marriage, first try to discuss this with your husband. If you are unhappily married, seek counseling from your friends, your clergyman, or some other professional. Are you trapped in your marriage for reasons you didn't go into?
Please don't go outside your marriage seeking love, for this is not the way you will find it. I wish you the best.

Conflict or anger itself does not have to cause an irreparable rift between partners. With good communication skills and a shared commitment to a marriage, even these are surmountable. How to save your marriage https://tr.im/qhBkV

However, at that point where one partner is at the brink of abandoning the relationship, how can the remaining partner save their marriage? If you are at the point where your spouse has asked for a divorce, what can you do?

You must realize first that, you do have a choice. Often, when confronted by a crisis, we find ourselves backed into a corner thinking we have no choice in the matter. How can we change the situation when it involves another person's feelings or decisions? While we cannot, must not and in no way manipulate, blackmail or threaten our partner into changing their mind, we can actually control how we react to the situation. If anything, you must realize that you still have control over yourself. You have the opportunity to look inward and take responsibility for your own feelings and actions and even have the chance to take personal inventory of what your partner is trying to tell you. Are there points in your marriage that must be changed? If so, respond appropriately and proactively.

I'm confused. You want mature TLC even if it's just lust? That's not mature! I think you may have reversed the roles in your relationship. He must be the mature one. Your own words prove it!

This is not going to help you at all. Use the time and energy to repair your marriage. Get your husband to enter into marriage counseling, both joint and individual. Besides there is no decent man who is going to give TLC to a married women. If a man is low enough scum to commit adultery with a married women all he is going to do is use you for sex and then you are going to feel worse about yourself and your situation after wards.

Don't go there. If you are not happy then talk to your husband about it. Maybe he is just as miserable as you. You have no right to cheat on him. There is nothing he has done to deserve this treatment, and you would be wrong to even consider it.

Do not thing about anyone else until you have divorced your husband. If you do not want a divorce, then your marriage isn't that bad.
